Airline Reservation System

Objective:

Write a computer program to help a airline to manage the booking of seats for a
flight (eg. SQ121) using Objects and Classes.

Part 1 – Develop the system for 1 Flight

An airline needs to manage the seat booking for a flight.

The seats consist of 10 rows and each row contains 6 seats.

For each of the seat, the airline needs to keep track of the passenger (pax) assigned to the seat. The airline would also like to store the name of the pilot of the flight, and the name of the flight, and the number of flight attendants.

They need functions that can do the following:

1. add a passenger to the flight,
2. display all the passengers of the flight, in NRIC No. order.
3. store the pilot’s name, the flight name, and the number of flight attendants.
4. find the details of passengers stored at a specified row and seat, and
5. find the total number of passengers stored in each row, plus
6. any other functions that you think would be useful.
Your program must store data for different passengers. For each passenger you will need to
store the following data. For part 1, you can fix the number of passengers.
1. Name , and
2. NRIC No., age, gender
3. any other data that you think would be useful.
The airline would like an Update and a Display function for each passenger. Update the data
stored for each seat so that it contains both the information about the passenger stored and a
reference to the passenger data. Note that a passenger can book more than 1 seat on the same
flight.

Part 2 – Store data for 3 flights & variable number of passengers

The second part of the project is to modify your program so that you can store data for three
flights. Allow the user to find out the total number of passengers stored in the three flights.
Use a Queue to handle the customers booking the seats. Enable the system to handle variable
number of customers to book for seats but it can at most seat 60 (10x6) passengers per
airplane.
